Digital Delivery Policy (No Physical Shipping)
Other Levels sells downloadable digital products (for example, Excel templates and dashboard files). We do not ship physical items.
How delivery works
After your payment is successfully completed, your digital files are delivered electronically. Delivery may occur in one or more of these ways:
- An on-screen download link immediately after checkout
- A download link shown in your customer account (if available)
- An order confirmation email with download instructions
When delivery is considered complete
Delivery is considered completed when the download link is made available to you (for example, on the thank-you page, in your account, or via the order confirmation email), regardless of whether you download the files immediately.
Download issues or missing email
If you cannot access your download or you did not receive the download email, please contact us within 5 days of your order date so we can help you: contact@other-levels.com.
Your responsibility
- Please download and save a backup copy of your files as soon as possible after purchase.
- Ensure you have compatible software (for example, Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software) to open and use the files.
Time zone
Order dates and timestamps are recorded based on the checkout time shown on your order confirmation.
