Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Important: All Other Levels products are digital downloads. Because digital files can be accessed instantly, we generally do not offer returns or refunds after purchase, except in limited cases described below.

When a refund may be approved

We may approve a refund or store credit if:

  • We made a change to this policy that materially affects you to your detriment.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • There is a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing the file and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • The file is materially different from the product description and we confirm the issue.

When a refund will not be provided

There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the template by mistake.
  • You do not have the required software, skills, or expertise to use the template.

How to request help

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team before opening a dispute. Email us at contact@other-levels.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A short description of the issue (screenshots are helpful)

Delivery and access

To avoid access issues, we recommend downloading your files as soon as your purchase is completed and keeping a backup copy.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you lodge a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, your Other Levels account access may be temporarily restricted while the dispute is reviewed. To resolve issues faster, please contact us first so we can help.

Refund method and currency

If we approve a refund, it will typically be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to the payment provider’s rules. Refunds are processed in the currency used at checkout (for example, USD or EUR).

Fine print

Other Levels sells digital products and is not a bank or licensed deposit taker in the USA or elsewhere. Any store credit we provide is not a deposit and is not protected by deposit insurance. We do not act as a fiduciary or trustee and we are not a licensed financial service provider.
