How the Other Levels rewards work

FAQ

Do I need to order something on Shatrin?

No. The launch rewards are for joining, applying as a provider and sharing feedback. No Shatrin order is required.

When do I receive my 15% code?

After you create your account, enter your Other Levels code and our team approves your account's identity review. You'll get a notification, and the code appears under Account → Other Levels Rewards.

Do I have to leave an App Store or Google Play review?

No. Reviews are never required and are not part of any reward. If you enjoy Shatrin, an honest review helps us, but it's entirely optional.

I already had a Shatrin account. Can I join?

This launch offer is for new Shatrin accounts created during the offer. The Other Levels code must be added within 30 days of creating the account.

Can I combine the code with other Other Levels discounts?

No. Each Shatrin reward code is single-use, works on your whole order at current prices, and cannot be combined with other discount codes or automatic discounts.

Where can I use Shatrin?

Shatrin currently accepts accounts in Saudi Arabia, Canada, Egypt, India, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. Your account's country is set by your mobile number.

Promotion terms

  • One reward per level (15%, 25%, 30%) per eligible Shatrin account, for accounts created during the offer that add an Other Levels code within 30 days of sign-up.
  • 15% requires a valid, approved Shatrin account. 25% requires a fully submitted provider application. 30% requires genuine product feedback submitted in the app.
  • Codes are single-use, apply to one Other Levels order, expire 30 days after they are issued, have no cash value and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • A higher reward replaces an unused lower reward. A reward you have already used is not replaced.
  • App Store and Google Play reviews are optional and never affect rewards.
  • Duplicate or fake accounts, and any other abuse, void eligibility and cancel unused codes.
  • Other Levels and Shatrin may change or end this offer at any time. Codes already issued stay valid until they expire.
