Delivery Policy for Downloadable Digital Products (Templates)

All products sold on Other Levels are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, your purchased templates—whether Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets—will be delivered electronically through instant download or by email.

Instant Delivery

Immediately after completing your order, you may be prompted to begin your download directly from the checkout page. Completing this download confirms that the purchased digital item has been successfully delivered to you.

Email Delivery

In some cases, you may receive an email from contact@other-levels.com containing a secure link and instructions to complete your download. Receipt of this email constitutes delivery of your purchased item(s). Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders.

Download Assistance

If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your templates, please contact our support team within 5 days from the date of your order. We will promptly assist in ensuring your successful download.

Delivery Confirmation

If we do not receive a support request within 5 days of purchase, all items will be deemed received, downloaded, and delivered. After this period, the purchase will be considered complete.
