Change the required values from the spreadsheet

Go to Data Menu > Click on Refresh All

  • Note: Do not change or rename any table headers to maintain the structure.


 

Step 2: Refresh the Data

Apply the updates across all pivot tables, charts, and linked components.

  • Go to the Data tab on the ribbon

  • Click on Refresh All to update everything instantly
